Safety and Health

The prevention of occupational hazards in the company is based on the following principles of action:

• To undertake the commitment to achieve a high level of safety and health at work, exceeding the minimum required by current legislation.
• As a general action to be developed in the company, it will be integrated within its activities and decisions.
• It is established that the responsibility for managing occupational hazard prevention is a management function, which must be carried out by any manager, at any level of the hierarchy, with the same dedication with which they manage the rest of the activities delegated to them.
• It is a component of the business activity, being consistent with other personnel policies, receiving the same treatment as the rest of the functions developed in the company.
• Consultation and participation of workers is guaranteed, as well as the information and theoretical and practical training they need in all matters related to occupational hazard prevention.
