Taught by the coaching company A-Company, the past days 21 and 22 November were held at our headquarters a few interesting workshop on emotional intelligence and communication skills in business relations, which will close on the 12th. of December with an epilogue session of the same.
The sessions were developed with great success using a team-building methodology, combining theoretical expositions with the realization of practical examples, with the participation of all the members of our EQUIPMENT Business Unit, to whom we thank their assistance.
We want to improve business relationships with our customers and suppliers, for which it is not enough to be technically and commercially competent.
We have to understand their needs, in order to give them the best possible service.
This training will undoubtedly facilitate a greater and better understanding and, therefore, the achievement of the intended objectives.
