For one of the most important breweries in Spain, PREMATÉCNICA has applied its more than 50 years of experience to carry out the turn-key project of the biogas transfer system from the sewage treatment plant (STP) to boilers, located more than 1 km. away.
The scope of the project included the basic engineering and detail of the reform, as well as the manufacture and installation of the equipment required for the same: new torch, fully automated, side channel blower system for the shipment to biogas boilers produced with the consequent reduction of the natural gas consumption required by the process, cyclonic boiler inlet, instrumentation and associated valves as well as assembly, installation and commissioning.
The project is part of a strategy to optimize energy consumption (reduction of power consumed and therefore costs) and valorization of biogas produced, reducing carbon emissions.
