COPPUS-Jectair® equipment is versatile, light and without moving parts. They work with compressed air or steam and are especially suitable for ventilating spaces with volatile or dangerous atmospheres, among other applications. Its unmatched performance is widely recognized throughout the industry. Compared to older air diffusers, the Jectair® HP's patented air mixing chamber can produce up to 40:1 airflow conversion and savings of up to 26% in compressed air consumption.
Available in two versions for different features: JECTAIR (standard) in 5 sizes (3S-HP, 3-HP, 6-HP, 8 and 9) and HORNET in 3 sizes (3S-HP, 3-HP and 6-HP) both with a wide range of accessories for every need.
The operating principle is very simple. Compressed air or steam is admitted through a single inlet connection on the housing that leads to the mixing chamber. The jet of air or steam exiting the nozzle creates a Venturi action that induces a large volume of surrounding air to enter through the aerodynamic intake hood. The air is then discharged at high velocity through the horn-shaped diffuser.
