Many users of industrial combustion face demanding situations, to achieve maximum efficiency in electricity production and to measure the efficiency in gas management or to optimize combustion in other processes. Production managers need to ensure that combustion is sufficient and properly distributed within the boiler to obtain the desired results, while preventing damage to the boiler. Often, at production stops, the boiler is shut down and inspected, finding damage and breaks in the tubes to be repaired, lengthening the downtime and increasing production losses.
The DURAG D-FS-50 camera is suitable for all types of industrial furnaces, allowing combustion to be controlled at all times, correcting any heat deficiency or inappropriate orientation. It is a high resolution digital color camera, for environments up to 2000°C, with an air or water cooling system, and with lengths up to 1500 mm for different wall thicknesses.
